Operational diagnostics
To keep the platform reliable and investigate faults, we collect limited diagnostic records for requests made to our services. These records may include the request method, a URL path without its query string, response status, duration, trace and span identifiers, deployment environment, and application version.
After authentication, our API may associate an internal user identifier and organisation identifier with server-side diagnostic records. Browser monitoring does not send that internal user identifier. We do not include request or response bodies, request or response headers, authentication tokens, names, or email addresses in this operational telemetry.
